Characteristics and Purposes
PPW-91 with even particle shape, good transparency, high melting point, high hardness, easy to disperse, suitable for solvent-based ink and coating, can improve the scratch resistance and can provide anti-blocking effect under high temperature.Can improve the hardness, scratch and abrasion resistance in powder coating, and abrasion resistance in powder coating,can assist to provide the matting effect in powder coating, and will not smoke under 180°C baking.use in masterbatch ,it can make the products inorganic components and pigments dispersed better and get more beautifu appearance.

Contents and Methods of Use
In different systems, the additional amount is 0.5 to 3%.
Usually by a direct high-speed stirring, disperse in solvent-based coatings and printing inks
It can be added by a variety of grinding machines, high-shear dispersing device, and should pay attention to the temperature control when using the grind mil
Can carry out the decentralized processing to make the wax slurry with the wax powder concentration at 20-30%., then add it into the systems when needed, which can decrease the dispersion tim

Packaging and Storage
Paper-plastic bag, net weight: 25 kg / bag or 1ton/pallet
This product is non-dangerous goods. Please store it away from ignition sources and strong oxidants.Store under the temperature of 50 ℃  and dry ,no ash place . Don`t mix store with food chemical products and oxidizing agent because it may result in reducing  quality  and the changement of color and taste  and possible to effect its physical performance.
