Characteristics and Purposes

MPE-27 is HDPE wax, with high softening point, heat resistance, high hardness, and very good dispersity.
MPE-27 is suitable for solvent-based printing inks which can greatly improve the abrasion resistance. PEW-0278A can reduce the coefficient of friction, and has good adaptability with benzene-soluble ink, alcohol-soluble ink,and ester-soluble ink.

NPE-27 provides excellent abrasion and scratch resistance for a variety of surface coatings, can be widely use in plastic paint, coil coatings, wood coatings, industrial paints and other fields.

Be used in powder coating, PEW-0278A can provide high hardness, can increase the scratch resistance, and can assist in matting. Will not smoke under 180 ℃ baking.

Addition level and Processing instructions
In a variety of systems, the addition amount of micronized wax is generally between 0.2 to 3%

It can be added by using a variety of grinding machines, and high-shear dispersing device. Must pay attention to the control of temperature
Can make a wax pulp with the wax concentration at 20-30% by pre-dispersing treatment, add it into the system n eeded, by which can reduce the dispersion time.
