Characteristics and Purposes
MPE-43 has fine particle size, high melting point, and excellent smoothness, grind ability, recoating, air permeability, anti-sticking, and good matting effect.
It can be used for cellulose nitrate; acid cure resin paints to improve its grind ability. It can be added by high shear dispersing force facility or ball mill, stirring time should be not less than 15 min to make sure each particle is wetted.
When used for powder coatings, it is suggested to be added after the mix the formulation, so it can increase the charge characteristics of powder coatings. When used in porous surface of work pieces or cast iron, it can provide good degassing effect. It can also work together with benzoin in HAA curing system to reduce the yellowing of benzoin. The additional amount is less than 1.5 %.

Contents and Methods of Use
In a variety of systems, the additional amount of the micronized wax is generally between 0.5 to 3%.
Can disperse in solvent-based coatings and printing inks by high-speed stirring.
It can be added by using a variety of grinding machines, and high-shear dispersing device, must pay attention to the temperature controlling.
Can make wax slurry first, and add into the systems when needed, by which can reduce the dispersion time.
